Rates are
for two people. Up to two additional guests can be accommodated for $20/night each. Aside from the USVI government required hotel/lodging tax of 8%, there is no
additional service or energy fee that some places charge. Minimum stay/fee required during holiday season and at other high traffic periods if booked far in advance.

Options:
Complimentary gate card ($25 deposit may be required —refunded upon card return at
departure); no charge if returned.
For a small fee: Transportation from and to the airport, food shopping before or after you arrive, babysitting, baby needs (crib, high chair, Pack ‘n’ Play, stroller).
Long
distance telephone charges are billed to you at cost. Calls to the
mainland are approximately 15-cents a minute.

Deposit, payment schedule and cancellation
policy:
For rentals shorter than one month: A three-night deposit is required to guarantee a reservation for peak
and value seasons, a four-night deposit for holiday season. In peak and value seasons, payment is
refundable less 2% of total rental ($100 minimum) upon notification of
cancellation at least 30 days in advance; holiday season requires eight weeks notice. Cancellation after that
will forfeit the deposit. Balance due four weeks prior to check-in for
value and peak seasons and 60 days for
holiday season. For stays one month or longer: Deposit, payment schedule and cancellation policies vary depending on length of stay.
Any reservation will be cancelled if payment is not
received by date due with no refund of deposit. Balance non-refundable after due dates.
For last minute reservations, all payments must be received and cleared by the bank before arrival.
